Welcome to Ucingo. By using our website (https://ucingo.com.au) and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.


1. Definitions

  • “We,” “Us,” “Our” refers to Yolia Pty Ltd.
  • “You,” “Your” refers to the customer or website visitor.
  • “Services” refers to all telecommunications and related services provided by Ucingo.

2. Use of Our Services

  • Our services are provided under Australian telecommunications regulations.
  • You must not use our services for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activities.
  • We may suspend or terminate services if there is a breach of these terms.

3. Account & Billing

  • You agree to provide accurate information when signing up for services.
  • Invoices are issued on a monthly basis, and payments must be made by the due date.
  • Late or missed payments may result in service suspension.

4. Number Porting

  • Porting a landline phone number to or from Ucingo may take 4-6 weeks, this process is controlled by the losing carrier.
  • You must provide all required documentation for number transfers.
  • Fees may apply for porting requests.

5. Service Availability & Downtime

  • We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
  • Planned maintenance and outages will be communicated via our Service Status page.

6. Fair Use Policy

  • Our services are subject to a Fair Use Policy to prevent excessive network congestion.
  • If usage is deemed excessive, we may contact you to discuss a suitable plan.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

  • You may cancel services by providing 30 days’ notice (refer to your service agreement).
  • Ucingo Mobile subscriptions are not eligible for pro-rata refunds. If you intend to port your service to another provider, we recommend initiating the porting process around the 21st of the month. If the service remains active beyond the 26th of the month, the next month’s subscription fee will be charged in full and is non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed based on our refund policy and applicable laws.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
  • Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the last 3 months.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy ([Insert Link]).
  • We do not sell or share customer data with third parties except as required by law.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
