Ucingo runs on the Telstra Wholesale Mobile Network, giving you strong, reliable coverage across metro and regional Australia.
Is the coverage the same as full Telstra?
Coverage is very close, with only a few remote pockets excluded. Unless you’re working from the middle of nowhere, you’ll barely notice any difference.
Can I keep my current mobile number?
Yes. Porting your number is simple — just select “Yes, Keep my number” during signup. Your old service must stay active until the port completes.
How long does porting take?
Most ports complete within 15 minutes during porting hours. Some providers drag their feet, but we’ll keep things moving.
Do you support eSIM?
Yes — eSIM is available on compatible devices and can be activated quickly.
Can I get a physical SIM instead?
Absolutely. We can send a triple-cut SIM that fits all devices.
